1.4 Hate Speech and Discrimination

Content that promotes violence, harassment, or discrimination against individuals or groups based on characteristics such as race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, disease, age, sexual orientation, or gender identity.

1.5 Intellectual Property Infringement

Content that infringes upon the copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights (likeness), or any other intellectual property or proprietary rights of any third party. This includes generating content based on proprietary characters, logos, or styles without authorization.

1.6 Deceptive and Harmful Deepfakes/Impersonation

  • Malicious Deception: Creating or sharing misleading AI-generated content (deepfakes) intended to deceive the public, interfere with democratic processes, or commit fraud.

  • Impersonation: Generating content that falsely impersonates individuals, particularly public figures, to spread disinformation or cause harm. Parody or satire is permitted only if clearly identifiable as such.

1.7 Self-Harm and Dangerous Content

Content that depicts or promotes self-harm, suicide, severe violence, or instructions on creating weapons or dangerous substances.

2. User Responsibility

2.1 Accountability

You are solely responsible for any content you upload, create, or share using novaflick.ai.

2.2 Ethical Use

Content generated via novaflick.ai’s AI tools is intended for lawful, ethical, and respectful use. You must ensure that the use of generated images, videos, or other media does not violate any laws or infringe on the rights of others.

2.3 Watermarking (If Applicable)

We reserve the right to apply visible or invisible watermarks or metadata to all generated content to indicate its AI-generated nature. Users must not attempt to remove or obscure these watermarks or indicators.

3. Enforcement and Moderation

While novaflick.ai does not generally pre-screen user content, we reserve the right to:

  • Remove Content: Remove any content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy, without prior notice.

  • Report to Authorities: Cooperate with law enforcement and regulatory bodies as required by law, including the reporting of illegal activities (e.g., CSAM).

  • Block Prompts: Utilize technical filters to block prompts or inputs that consistently attempt to generate Prohibited Content.
