2.3 License to novaflick.ai

By submitting User Content to novaflick.ai, you grant novaflick.ai a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable right and license to host, store, transfer, display, perform, reproduce, modify, and distribute your User Content, solely for the purposes of operating, improving, and promoting the Service. This license terminates when you delete your content or terminate your account, though residual copies may remain in backup archives.

2.4 Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

You agree not to upload, generate, or use the Service for any content that:

  • Infringes Third-Party Rights: Infringes or misappropriates any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other intellectual property or proprietary rights of any third party.

  • Illegal Content: Promotes or facilitates illegal acts, or violates any local, state, national, or international law or regulation.

  • Hate Speech/Harassment: Is libelous, defamatory, abusive, threatening, harassing, hateful, or encourages violence against a specific person or group.

  • Abuse/Pornography: Involves child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or non-consensual nudity or pornography (Deepfakes). This is strictly prohibited.

  • System Abuse: Is designed to disrupt or circumvent the security mechanisms of the Service.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to remove or restrict access to any content that violates these Terms at any time without notice.

3. Payments, Subscriptions, and Credits

3.1 Fees and Billing

In no event shall novaflick.ai, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
